Advertising Department: The Advertising Department focuses on the marketing and promotion of SPARK activities, including but not limited to designing posters, entitling activities, and producing SPARK documentaries.

Planning Department: The Planning Department oversees all written tasks and texts produced for SPARK, including but not limited to writing activities and activity information on the SPARK website.

Designing Department: The Product-design Department mainly concentrates on marketable objects that need to be designed, including but not limited to creating SPARK products, SPARK boards, and booths for activities.

Product & Delivery Department: The Product & Delivery Department is responsible for connecting with product manufacturers, contacting SPARK consumers, and delivering the product.

Finance Department: The Finance Department records and compiles transactions, expenditures, revenues, and profits into a table that is publicized on the SPARK board.

Technology Department: The Technology Department focuses on supporting SPARK with computing approaches, including but not limited to building the SPARK website and designing online surveys.
